Inserm Workshop on Multidimensional Imaging and quantitative analysis

We oganised the Inserm Workshop 249 from November 26 to 28th on the theme of Multidimensional imaging and associated quantitative analysis.

This workshop will cover 3D imaging, dynamic imaging over time, intracellular trafficking as well as in vivo imaging by multi-color two-photon microscopy and quantitative image analysis.
This workshop will be an opportunity to meet cell biologists, neurobiologists, but also opticians, programmers and mathematicians interested in microscopy, image analysis and co-location.

Come listen to leading international Speakers in the fields:
Yves de Koninck (Canda), Chris Xu (USA), Robert Murphy (USA), Craig Jenne (Paul Cubes Lab, USA), Flavie Lavoi-Cardinal (Canada), Harold Mc Gillavry (Netherlands), as well as French speakers specialized in various fields (infectious diseases, deconvolution, lensless imaging, fast SIM, triggered secretion, fluorescent probe chemistry, quantitative colocalization analysis, vigilant mouse brain imaging, etc.).

The workshop is divided into 2 phases : a theoretical phase (2 days of conferences) and a practical part (2-3 days of practicals in imaging facilities with SIM, STED STORM, 2 photons and image analysis).

For registration send a email to before the friday 28 september 2018.

You are free to register either in the theoretical phase or in the two phases.

Prices are very low for both students, post-doc, technician: 160 euros.

Do not hesitate to register quickly there are only 80 places (deadline September 28th) or have a look on the program:;jsessionid=3P!uWHPIP2oDPMqjApc6MoQi.gl2?pg=740486
